Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Many orders ship in two parts: the frame (domestic) and the custom-printed fabrics (international express). It’s normal to receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
For smaller custom orders, frames typically arrive in 2–4 business days, and custom fabrics typically arrive within about 1 week (after mockup approval). Larger orders can take longer depending on quantity and shipping method.
I need a rush order — what should I do?
Call us at 951-515-8213. Rush handling is available, but timing depends on production schedule and shipping cutoffs.
